This roadheader is mainly used for developing in coal roadway, semi coal roadway and soft rock roadway with coal rock hardness ≤ 6.5, It can achieve continuous cutting, loading, and transportation operations. Positioning cutting section 27, max. cutting hardness ≤ 65Mpa, longitudinal working slope ≤± 16 °.

2. Features
(1) The cutting part is retractable, with a retractable stroke of 550mm, and the inner spray is rear spray;
(2) Equipped with both internal and external spray, strengthen external spray, and reasonably design external spray form;
(3) The inner spray has a water leakage self check setting;
(4) The bottom of the shovel plate has a large inclination angle, with a large ground clearance and strong climbing ability;
(5) The middle conveyor has a flat structure, with smooth overlap with the shovel plate, high gantry height, and smooth transportation;
(6) The welded structure of the main body and rear support box has good rigidity and high reliability;
(7) The hydraulic system uses constant power, pressure cutoff, and load sensitive control;
(8) The electrical system is controlled by a main controller and has a dynamic display function on LCD;
(9) Low center of gravity and good machine stability.

4. Protection
(1) Design and manufacturing comply with GB3836.1, GB3836.2, GB3836.4, and <Coal Mine Safety
Full Regulations> 2006 edition;
(2) China MA certificate;
(3) Equipped with starting alarm device and front & rear lights;
(4) Equipped with braking system and anti slip device;
(5) Equipped with overload protection for cutting mechanism and transporting mechanism;
(6) Equipped with locking device in the electrical control system for oil pump motor, cutting motor and starting & stopping sequence of 2nd conveyor;
(7) Equipped with filtering device and protection such as pressure, oil temperature, and oil level display;
(8) Equipped with emergency cut-off and locking device in electrical control system, and an emergency stop button is also installed on the other side of the driver's seat;
(9) Equipped with internal and external spray systems as well as filtering devices, water leakage detection and protection functions.
5. Structure
Roadheader consists of below parts: cutting system, shovel system, 1st conveyor, main body, walking system, rear support system, water system, lubricating system and electrical system.
5.1 Cutting system
Cutting system consists of cutters, extension unit, reducer and motor.
The cutter head is conical and has 41 cutting teeth spirally around its circumference.
The extension part is located between the cutting head and reducer, and the cutting head tool has a 550mm extension stroke through oil cylinder.
Reducer is a type of planetary reducer.
5.2 Shovel system
The shovel system is composed of main shovel plate, side shovel plate, shovel plate driving device, driven wheel and so on. Through two hydraulic motors to rotate three tooth star wheel to load material onto the first conveyor.

5.3 1st conveyor

5.4 Main body
Main body equipped with pumping station on right side, control panel on left side, cutting head in the front, shovel system and 1st conveyor at bottom. Walking system on left side bottom and right side bottom, support unit at rear.
5.5 Walking system
The walking system mainly consists of several parts: hydraulic motor, reducer, track chain, tensioning pulley, tensioning cylinder, track frame, etc.

The function of rear support is to reduce vibration during operation and improve stability.
5.7 Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system is composed of various cylinders and motors, control panel, pump station and hoses.
5.8 Water system
The water system is divided into internal and external spray waterways.
Note: Before cutting, the cutting head must start the internal spray, otherwise the nozzle will be blocked and the dust suppression effect will be affected.
